Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Very good. Just don't let the dough sit in the refrigerator for too long (over a week and a half) or it will become a crumbly mess.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
I cannot express how much I love this recipe! Through trial and error, I've altered it quite a bit, but it is all the more better for it. I use Louisiana hot sauce for one and boneless skinless chicken breasts that I cut into chunks. I bake them at 350 for about 15-25 minutes. DELICIOUS!! I've even now started cutting it into strips and making wraps out of it, adding lettuce, tomato, and homemade ranch dressing on a tortilla. Absolutely fabulous.

Sunshine Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Very good! Certainly does not need any salt, but I add a little pepper. Tends to be very messy, but I think that's just my problem. Makes a nice breakfast.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Absolutely delicious! Turned out perfect, nice and gooey and perfectly sweet. Other people mentioned problems with butter and terrible turnout, but I followed the recipe exactly, only adding the cherries, and it turned out wonderful. Don't know what everyone else is talking about! Highly recommended!

Tiny Chicken Turnovers

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
Very good. I sauted the chicken in poultry seasoning and added chopped carrots then wrapped in uncooked tortillas. Even with not making my own crust they took forever! They were a little dry, but tasted very good. Next time I'll add some liquid to make more 'pot pie' like and will probably make my own crust, but will definitely be sure to start early in the morning.

Way too eggy. We didn't like this at all. I'll try a different recipe next time.

Very good. I omitted the onion, and added some garlic powder and basil. Made a nice spread for dinner bread.

WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH BAKING POWDER!! They were completely inedible, and I followed the recipe exactly.

Sticky Monkey Brains

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
This was delicious! I made my own biscuits from scratch because we don't buy them from the store and I made them in mini loaf pans. I found that they weren't very sticky, but that didn't change the fact that these were simply heavenly.

Easy Beef Goulash

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
I made this for dinner the other night and told my dad we were having goulash. When he got home he looked in my pan and thought I was pulling his leg. He said 'that doesn't look like any goulash I've ever had!' He was used to ground beef, tomato, and macaroni like his mom made, and not steak with fancy seasonings. It was really yummy. I omitted the green pepper because I didn't have any on hand. My family and I loved this recipe. I will make this again with some tweaks like adjusting the seasoning or adding more liquid. All around very good. My dad was very impressed with the new goulash.

Pasta e Fagioli I

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
This was amazing. I didn't have a lot of ingredients on hand and we needed something for dinner so I just whipped this up in no time and it was delicious! Everyone loved it. Some homemade bread really put the finishing touch on this! Will make again.

Blueberry Crumb Bars

This was wonderful and quick to make. I put in double the blueberry mixture (because I like my food fruity) and it turned out great! Definitely a keeper!
