I am still in my 20's and love learning new recipes and way of cooking/preparing food. I have been in the kitchen helping my mom cook since i was young (or at least I THOUGHT I was helping).
Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze
The pecans were over powering in the glaze, a disappointment after going to all the work of cracking them out of their shells. I also added a little crushed red peppers for a little spice and some brown sugar to the glaze to make it more caramel like.
