I am giving this recipe 5 stars because that is what my husband gave it. The first time I made this recipe, I was fairly new at cooking and I followed Corinne's suggestions. The stew turned out EXTREMELY strong and the I didn't enjoy it at all. These days, I follow this recipe to the letter and it is delicious every single time. I highly recommend.

Cheese Soup with Broccoli

I would give this soup ten stars if I could! It is rare for me to follow a recipe down to the letter but I prepare this soup exactly according to the recipe every single time and it is always wonderful! If there was anything I would change about this recipe, it would be to add a bit more broccoli but it is perfectly delicious, as is.

Best Ever Meatloaf II

This is probably my favorite meatloaf recipe. We are not a big "taco" family, so I substituted Mushroom Gravy mix for the Taco Seasoning. Even my two year old eats a second helping.

Baked Potato Soup

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I was searching for a recipe that did not contain canned mushroom soup when I stumbled upon this one and I am SO glad that I did! This is a fantastic dish and is now the only green bean casserole dish I will make! The only modification I make is to reduce salt to 1/2 tsp. Thanks so much!

Sausage Balls

Fantastic! This is a great little appetizer for those impromptu get-togethers you don't have much time to prepare for. My husband (aka the pickiest person in the world) will eat these as fast as I can make them. Thanks for a great recipe! (I also cook them on a baking rack to allow the grease to drain and I have never had a less-than-perfect batch.)

Special Buttercream Frosting

I followed this recipe EXACTLY to the letter and it came out light, fluffy and delicious! I had tons left over after frosting a 9 inch double layer cake and my family couldn't keep from tasting the leftover icing! If you are looking for a fantastic Buttercream Icing recipe, look no further. Thanks Rick!
