Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Well,I used the lemon sauce with baked chicken. It was a huge hit at my house. I poured it over the chicken as soon as I pulled it out of the oven and it was perfect.

Vegetable Soup I

This is a good recipe. I did add a few things. I added some zucchini, sweet potato, and white beans. I also added a couple dashes of worcestershire sauce. In the end my boyfriend said it was the best vegetable soup he has had in his whole life. So this one is a keeper!!!

Lemon Cake

This cake is amazing and refreshing. Extremely easy to make and i discovered it's super tasty either warm or cold (we couldn't wait till it comletely cooled)

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Thank you for the recipe! I myself don't care for tomatoes so I didn't eat it but I made them as an afternoon snack for my boyfriend and he loved them! I reduced the serving amount to 4 but he ate them all in one sitting..lol..

Delicious Christmas Cookies

This recipe made some amazing cookies, the dough was not soupy at all as other reviews said. They baked up perfectly crispy and chewy all at the same time. I agree with placing the dough in the fridge for a few minutes so it's not as sticky. I did not have the colored chocolates so I used chocolate chips however they again are some of the best cookies I've ever had.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I've made this pot pie about 5 or 6 times now. Each time I've changed it just a little bit. A couple times I've used potatoes and decided I don't like the potato in it. I've even made a vegan version of it using veggie stock and soy products with the potato in place of the chicken....Anywho. In my opinion the best way thus far is the carrots and celery diced (about the same size as the peas)for the sauce instead of the celery salt and salt I use about 3/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon savory, and a dash of nutmeg. Also I use equal amounts of stock and milk this makes it a little less dry.
