Chicken Paprikash I

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2007
The sauce was delicious! But you definitely need to make more than the recipe calls for. I increased the sauce (sour cream, wine, chicken stock and paprika) by 50% and used only two large chicken breasts and I still would have liked more sauce. Served over egg noodles. Next time I'll try it with whole cut-up chicken and spaetzle or dumplings. Great recipe!

Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2007
I'm giving this 5 stars because it was delicious, easy to make, and economical. I would recommend following the recipe as it is. I cut out the salt and some of the chili powder, but ended up wishing I hadn't. I wasn't sure what 1 1/2 cups of egg noodles meant, so I used 12 oz and it came out great!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
This is my favorite tuna recipe. Just use MUCH less mayo than the recipe calls for- use your own judgement. I also substitute fat free yogurt for part of the mayo sometimes to make it a little healthier.

A little salty, and completely unhealthy, but good comfort food :)

Easy Company Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Didn't really care for this- all I could taste was the soup. I would definitely recommend using low-sodium soup as mine came out very salty.
