Salmon Chowder
Yum! I would recommend absolutely buying the boneless, skinless cans of salmon. One of my cans had the skin and bones. What a pain!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
Wonderful and my guests couldn't stop talking about how good the dressing was. I processed the onions with half the poppy and sesame seeds, Worcestershire, a TBSP or so of oil and vinegar (used balsamic). Added this to the rest of the ingredients. And I only used half of the sugar. So good. I also let the guests put the dressing on themselves.
