Grilled Teri Sliders

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
I've made this recipe multiple times, minus the aioli-which I will definitely try next time, and with a slice of cheese. I use the Kona Coast brand teriyaki sauce and grill it on the BBQ. It always turns out great! Definitely one of my go-to grill recipes!

Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This was super quick and very good on the salmon burgers we had last night. Per other reviews, I used a little less flour (3 tsp) and it was still plenty thick (very good)! I added a little more lemon juice than called for and also added about a Tbls each of lemon zest and fresh dill. Thanks for the great recipe. Will definitely make again!

Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
These bars were great! SOOO easy and versatile! I toasted the almonds and coconut and put peanut butter in place of the butter. Took them camping last weekend, and they were a hit! Thank you for awesome recipe :)

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
This was excellent! I used about 3 Tbs red curry paste instead of the powder and added a spoonful of roasted red pepper paste to it. I used a couple spoonfuls of tomato paste instead of the stewed tomatoes and sauce. The ending result was a rich, thick, spicy sauce that we really enjoyed. I didn't add sugar, but added a little fresh grated ginger and used lite coconut milk.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This recipe is awesome! I used french loaves, pork sausage (as I couldn't find any turkey sausage) omitted the parsley and liver... cooked in a casserole dish. It turned out amazing! Thanks for this keeper of a recipe!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
This is an awesome recipe... the only thing I changed was omitting the olive oil, I didn't see any need for it. Everything else was perfect together. I put this on fish tacos with chipotle sour cream, the spicy chipotle and sweet mango go together AMAZINGLY!!

Wow! This cake was ridiculously good!! I added double the liquor (Kahlua) and added 62% cocoa chunks instead of the semisweet chips... OMG... soooo good!

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
This dish was very good. The only extra ingredient I put in was about 2 tsp of chopped ginger. I started the curry with 2 T of the red curry paste. We eventually put in the whole 4 oz jar of paste. The flavors were very nice, they were just a little too mild for our taste. Next time I make this I plan on putting in a few tablespoons of red chili paste or Thai chili sauce. I will probably try that within the next week or two. Thanks for the recipe!

Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
This was AWESOME!!! I absolutely loved this tiramisu! The only change I made was using fresh brewed Starbucks espresso inplace of the coffee and Kahlua instead of the rum, other than that I followed this recipe exactly! I had a few 4 1/2" springform pans, so I made "individual" tiramisu (though they were very large to eat in 1 sitting). It was a special treat for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day, he said it was one of the best, if not the best tiramisu's he's ever had! Thanks for the awesome recipe!!!

Chicken Marsala II

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
This was a great dish! I sauteed some fresh garlic with my chicken. I also used crimini mushrooms and proscuitto instead of the bacon. The only marsala I had on hand was sweet, I added about 1/3 cup of chicken stock and a splash of heavy cream to that and it turned out fantastic! Thanks for the awesome recipe, I will definitely be making this again!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
This was a great recipe! I did make some adjustments though. I used fresh spinach and cooked it with sauteed garlic, onion, cremini mushrooms and bell pepper. Fot the sauce mix I added a samll amount of perlinis and cut the feta down a bit. I also wraped it with prosciutto instead of the bacon. I cooked it at 350 for about 30 minutes then uncovered and cooked it for an additional 5-8 minutes at 450. It turned out delicious!!!! Thanks for the great recipe!!

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
Awesome!!! My boyfriend and I had this last night and we absolutly LOVED it!! I followed the recipe almost exactly as is. The only difference was that I roasted some garlic in olive oil and sauteed the tofu in the flavored olive oil before adding it to the sauce/veggie mix. I will definately be making this again... soon! Thanks for such a great- healthy recipe!!!

Chicken with Chipotle

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2007
This recipe was awesome! I used half and half instead of the milk and cut it down to 1 cup. Also I used chicken breasts instead of the legs. My boyfriend loved this and am planning on making it again tomorrow. I think I will add 1 or 2 more chipotle peppers and some garlic and onion. Thanks for sharing!
