Marbled Almond Roca

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2011
This was a very easy recipe! I didn't have a candy thermometer that worked, so I boiled it until it almost felt burnt. It turned out perfect. I took it to the office and they loved it! Still talking about it days later! Thanks so much for posting!

This was very easy to follow and turned out excellent. My boyfriend is a big APE (Adult Picky Eater) and he only likes things the way he grew up. He said this was the best meal I have cooked to-date! Thanks so much for posting!

Crescent Dogs

I agree that cutting the dog and not cooking it first left it cold. We tried a cheese smoked sausage link, such as Hillshire Farm Cheddarwurst, since it already had the cheese inside. Kids loved it!!

This is a GREAT chocolaty recipe! Very sweet and brownish! This wasn't a Cake like brownie recipe (which I love) it was more of that fudgy type center. Guaranteed to be gobbled up quickly!

Crispy Chocolate Log

Super messy to make, but so much fun. Be sure to roll it tight otherwise the pieces are too big! We added Candy corn to the cereal for Halloween flair!

Very awesome! Taste like a Buckeye with white chocolate. Make sure you get the peanut butter mix hard enough to mold. Super messy, but well worth it!

This recipe is AWESOME! tastes like apple pie! Thanks for the recommendation to double the cinnamon. I added about 2.5x more than the recipe. Also used approx 3 Granny Smith Apples. HUGE success! Even my 9 year old asked for more (and he is not a muffin or apple fan!) GREAT RECIPE

White Chocolate Fruit Tart

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
This recipe is wonderful! I didn't have a tart pan or a pizza pan with sides, so I used a regular pie pan. The crust was a big hit. If you really like crust, the pie pan is the way to go. Otherwise you will want to spread the crust thin. Great recipe. Will certainly make again!

Dessert Pizza

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
We served this at 4th of July and had to make 2 (one for the kids and one for the adults). It was the 1st dish to go at both tables! If you are using an open pan (no sides), I recommend putting a dish on the bottom rack to catch any excess dough. I know cookie dough spreads, but this was the 1st time I had make a large cookie and was not prepared for it to spread as much as it did. No worries though, it still turned out beautiful and delicious!

No Sugar Apple Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
My grandmother is a diabetic and I bake this every time I visit for her. My grandfather has a MAJOR sweet tooth, and I wasn't sure if he would like it or not. HE LOVED IT! He ate the whole pie last time! It's a bit runny, but that's expected. I wasn't prepared for that the first time I made it. Make sure you put a pan underneath it to catch any overflow.

Caramel Apple Pie II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2008
This is always the first pie to be eaten at all my family events. I have been baking it for a couple years now and it is one my most requested list. Everyone loves it from my 4 year old neice to my grandpa! We typically add more caramels, and more taffy, but we are sweet-aholics! Great recipe!

Chocolate Trifle

The mousse substance was more like flubber vs a smooth mouse (still yummy though!). I will have to try some alterations to see if I can get it smoother.
