Easy Raspberry Lemonade

If you're gonna make this lemonade, do not leave out the mint leaves and fresh raspberries! They don't affect the taste but it does affect the response of your guests! The first time I made it my guests just drank it without saying much. When I added the garnish the second time, however, I received major compliments on how professional and pretty it looks and they enjoyed the lemonade all the more! : )

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

I've made this three times already and everyone loves them! I was hesitant about the peach preserves but they go perfectly with the BBQ sauce! Adjust it to your taste, though. I had to keep doing taste tests until it felt right to me.

Apple Almond Crunch Salad

This salad was bomb-diggety. If you're trying to impress guests, definitely serve this salad! My parents raved about it! I left out the raisins and used the raspberry vinaigrette dressing from the allrecipes website and it went together perfectly.

World's Best Lasagna

I've made this three times already in the past two months and have gotten another request to make it tonight. The last time I made it, hubby ate ALL of it BY HIMSELF in less than a day. Needless to say, 10 stars. : )

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Even though my husband dumbs down the fancy name of "Double Tomato Bruschette" to "mini pizzas," whenever I serve them they are gobbled up really fast and I get compliments up the wazoo! It's yummy, fancy, easy and pretty all at once.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I was a little disappointed with this recipe. Even with extra food coloring my cupcakes turned out more closer to a mahogany than a red, and they were pretty flat. The consistency was just okay as well as the taste. I will probably be looking for another red velvet recipe as I do not feel this one is true to the real 'red velvet.' sorry! : (
