Beef or Chicken Marinade
Made a triple batch of this for pork loin and grilled/smoked it on the grill. Used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, used garlic salt instead of garlic powder (but used only 1/3rd the amount). My company and wife couldn't stop raving about the flavor.

Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta
Great recipe. Served with olive oil/grated parmesan cheese and bread.

Chicken Tikka Masala
I drastically reduced the salt as suggested. I also replaced the cinnamon, ginger and paprika with (almost equal) garam masala. I also let the chicken marinate overnight instead of an hour. Turned out wonderful.
