Super Easy and Spicy Fried Pickles

These were fantastic!!! I added some dill weed to the bread crumb mixture, and worcestershire sauce to the beaten eggs. I'd recommend double dipping so you have a good crispy coating. They turned out great! Will definitely make again!!

Pina Colada Ice Pops

Made these today but I added about 1/4 cup cream of coconut (the stuff used in mixed drinks but contains no alcohol). It really helped bring out the coconut flavor and gave the pops just the right amount of sweetness!! Yum!!!
