About this Cook
My cooking triumphs
I made a soup with sauteed onions and garlic, using olive oil. 3 cans of beans two kidney one pinto and chicken broth. OMG it was delicious.
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make a tomato based fish soup it was AWFUL. I didn't know I had to sweeten it because of canned tomato sauce. (what is with people telling us to use canned everything)Anyway a guy in chat told me some butter nut squash would have balanced it out.

Mac and Cheese I
I've tried a similar recipe didn't need an egg. Did use some shredded cheddar nothing processed no flour. The cottage cheese was low fat had onions and other veggies in it and the POINT of this recipe is it's healthy. People need to look at the nutritional analysis of meals.
