Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This is a beautiful dish!! Fairly easy, but enough steps that it takes about 25 minutes to prepare, not 10. I used shaved slices of deli ham inside, and baby swiss. I also just added seasoned bread crumbs, and will definitely do an egg-wash first next time. I made the lemon-chicken-sour cream sauce that others recommended, and my boyfriend would've been happy with just a bowl of that, I think. :-)
The recipe is good, classy, not too rich, good presentation, and drizzle a little sauce on some green veggies. Or dip a dinner roll in it. This dish ended up being a hit!
