Garlic Chicken And Grapes

I made this for my husband and in-laws 2 weeks ago and it came out perfect. I actually took the advice from some people and placed 2/3 of the grapes together with the chicken at the beginning and then the rest 5 min before it's ready. It's juicy and tender and have lots of flavor. Planning to make it again tonight since it's actually very easy to prepare. Something I can do when I get home after work.

Swordfish a la Siciliana

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. The fish was very tasty and tender. I follow the recipe closely except that I baked the fish for 25 minutes. Will definitely make this again.

I took the recommendations from some of the reviews including cutting the salt by half and replacing water with 1 can of tomatoes sauce. Also, I don't have can stewed tomatoes but replaced that with fresh tomatoes. It tastes so good particularly the next day. Instead of bread, we ate it with rice. It's a pricey dish but will definitely make it again when we have friends coming over.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Not my favorite recipe. Probably my own preference. Not crazy about lime zest since it has a bitter taste to it.

Roasted Rack of Lamb

My husband and I love lamb chop. He normally just grilled it. I am glad I found this recipe. It taste exactly like what we normally have in our favourite restaurant. My husband will definitely be asking for it soon.

Chicken Vegetable Barley Soup

I made it last night (40 degree outside) and it was a great comforting soup for a cold night. I did browned my chicken together with the onion and garlic. Otherwise, I pretty much follow everything in the recipe.

Thai Hot and Sour Soup

Grilled Tuna Teriyaki

I made this last night with fresh tuna. I only marinated it for half hour but definitely think it needs longer time. I actually made a sauce and pour it on top of the fish before serving which gave it a bit more flavor. But we love it. I made it medium well.

Wicked Garlic Tofu Saute

It's definitely a very easy and healthy recipe. Instead of frozen veggies, I used fresh mushroom, carrots and snap peas. I also added onion. I did sauteed the garlic first before adding the tofu as other recommended which is a good call. Will definitely make this again.
