Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

After reading a lot of reviews, this is what I did. I had a 4.91 lb chicken and cooked it at 350 for 1hr 40min in an oven bag. Before I cooked it, I cut off all the skin, then in a small bowl mixed all the ingredients with the olive oil (I doubled everything). then I poured in on the chicken and rubbed it in with my hands. My husband and I both LOVED this chicken. It was even better the next day as leftovers.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I don't like stuffing. I made this because my husband likes stuffing. I ended up actually having seconds of this stuff! Changes made... first we halved the recipe, and for the chicken broth we only used about a cup.

Green Bean Casserole I

Im not really a green bean casserole fan. Made this more to please my husband, and we both loved it. Only difference we did was we used 1/2 cup of milk based on previous reviews.

This was sooooooooo good. The smallest chicken I could find was a 4lb. I reduced the olive oil to 1/4 cup, other than that I followed the recipe.

Glazed Meatloaf I

This was pretty good meatloaf. We didnt have any lemon juice, so after reading reviews, I used vinegar instead. We also had no onions, so I used minced onion instead. Only thing I would do next time, is save the sauce you put on top, would have loved to have more of it!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

My Husband said this was the best pot roast I ever made! I really liked it too. Changes we made... added a can of mushrooms and a lb of baby carrots. Loved it!!!

This was soooo good!! I did 1/2 cup of wine and 1/2 cup of lemon juice after reading previous reviews. Without the lemon, I don't think my husband and I would have rated this 5 stars! :)

My whole family loves these cookie! I left the first bath in for 10min, but that made the sides and bottoms too crispy for our taste, so I baked mine for 9min.

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

My husband and I both loved it! Only difference we did from the recipe was did 2 cloves of garlic and did not add olive oil to the pasta when it was boiling.
