Easy Swedish Apple Pie

very easy to make, I added the suggested nutmeg, half brown and white sugar and a little dash a vanilla on the apples, my husband loved it!

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

the only difference I made was use dry parsley instead of fresh...delicious!!!! If you are a mushroom fan, this is your soup. so DELICIOUS!!! And very easy to make. Very.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I am rating it 5 stars for the sheer simplicity of this recipe. And it is tasty! I cooked some chopepd onion with the meat, tossed in some red, yellow and green peppers with everything else (any chance to add more veggies) and used italian style stewed tomatoes. I also doubled the tomatoe sauce. My 2 yr old loved it which is a surprise in itself! Thanks for posting.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Holy moly, this is the BEST roast I have ever made. And so easy, I couldn't believe it. I rubbed the roast with salt, pepper, rosemary and minced garlic. I followed the cooking instructions exactly even though I only used a 2 lb roast. My husband (who is extremely picky and rarely eats anything I make) said it was the best roast he has ever tasted. He loved it. It was very moist and had the perfect pink center. Thanks so much for submitting Lyn B!!! You've made me very happy.

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Easy and yummy, can't beat that! The meat literally fell off the bone as I transfered the turkey to a serving platter. The sandwiches where even better the next day. Thanks Eating Indy!!

Savory Chicken Breasts

Very easy (especially on a work night) and tasty...I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs and muenster cheese. I seasoned the breasts wth garlic salt and pepper. It was delicious, I was very surprised. And filling. I will make again.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

I made this recipe on a wim when 9 members of my family showed up for a surprise visit. Everyone loved it, especially my father who is a picky eater and only likes the best of the best meals. I used celery soup and mashed the biscuits in to flat "pancakes" before adding them like on member suggested. I will definitely make this again

Easy Chicken Cacciatore

This was very easy and quick to make, perfect after a busy day. I threw in some yellow pepper along with the green and seasoned meat with some garlic powder and black pepper. I left out the green beens and added can of tomato sauce to make it "saucier". Served over noodles with garlic bread...yumm!
