Dump Cake V
I found a recipe similar to this in a cookbook titled, "Texas Celebrity Cookbook," by Russell Gardner and Chris Farkas. The recipe came from Congressman Bill Archer of Texas. The only differences in Rep. Archer's recipe are: Omit the coconut, and the last step is 2 sticks of butter, sliced into pats and dotted over the top of the cake before baking. I have made the cake several times, and it always turns out excellent!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This is basically the recipe from the McCormick pumpkin pie spice label, except that they call for 1 tablespoon of pumpkin pie spice instead of all the individual spices. I've made it this way for a few years, and it always comes out great! Keep an eye on your crust (edges) so it doesn't get too brown, and always place your pie on a cookie sheet to bake--just in case of bubble-over.

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
This recipe was easy and delicious. I took the advice, and used vegetables that I had on hand: Bell pepper, celery, and a leek. Also, instead of doing the garlic oil, I just minced 2 cloves of garlic and sauteed them with the chicken and veggies. I highly recommend this dish!
