Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
Great basis! I was lucky enough to have frozen, pre-breaded chicken breasts that I could fry so that saved a huge step in prep. Instead of 1 cup of milk, I used about 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup white wine, and 1/4 cup sour cream. Yummy, yummy - we'll do this again and thanks for the recipe!!

Cajun Corn and Bacon Maque Choux
Wonderful side dish. My only change was to use Tony's seasoning and some hot sauce instead of salt and cayenne pepper. Thanks for posting!!

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
Our meat ended up in the marinade for 2 days but the dish was fantastic. We didn't have any garlic pepper seasoning and I'm going to add onions to the vegetables the next time, but we'll use this again and again. Thanks so much for posting it!!
