Sausage Pasta
Yummy! I threw this together with what I had on hand, so I used precooked turkey dinner sausage instead of raw and broccoli instead of spinach. I sautéed the onions in olive oil first, then added the cubed sausage and garlic. I was concerned there would be too much liquid, so (as another reviewer suggested) I put the frozen broccoli in the colander first, poured the pasta water over it to cook it, then set it aside until the last minute of cooking the sauce. My kids and hub loved it - HELLO pasta and sausage! This will definitely be going into the rotation.
