Creamy Chicken and Noodles
This is very good! I followed recipe exactly but used chicken breasts instead of rotisserie chicken. It was very tasty and my 3 teenage kids gobbled it up. The recipe says to season with salt and pepper at the end. I think next time I will add 1/2-1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper while it's cooking. That's the only change I would make! Thanks!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
This recipe was EXCELLENT! My kids (4 teenagers) kept going back for more. I cheated a little and went to a Chinese restaurant nearby and bought 4 cups of steamed rice ($2.60) and put it straight in the refrigerator when I got home. I used sesame oil, 4 eggs (I doubled the recipe), and 1 tsp pepper (for the doubled recipe)…the recipe calls for too much pepper. I may add peas and carrots next time and may try shrimp for a change. It definitely can be tailored to your taste. I also used gluten free soy sauce for my daughter who has celiac. Very delicious and will make again and again!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta
I did as other reviewers said and browned the chicken in oil with salt, pepper, onion powder, and lots of garlic. I then simmered that mixture with chicken broth and added the cream cheese and spinach. I threw in a jar of artichoke hearts (wish I had done 2!), and when done, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Very delicious this way! My kids loved it.
