Will definitely make this again, though probably with less red pepper. It wasn't that it was too hot, just took too much away from the rest of the flavors, I thought. I also didn't have cornstarch, so I made the sauce with less water.

Rosemary Red Potatoes

As per other reviews, I par-boiled these before the oven. The garlic just didn't work- with the high temp of the oven it turned into burnt black bits (easy to remove though, and didn't affect the flavor). Next time I'll try using garlic powder or maybe garlic salt.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Great but I used some of the modifications suggested in other reviews. My taste for balsamic is what led me to this recipe, but as I was making it, even I thought 1/2c was too much, so I put in 1/3c instead. I also added about 1 tablespoon of light brown sugar.
