My cooking triumphs
I was 21 yrs old and I cooked my first pasta with zucchini and shrimps for my boyfriend. Now I make this dish for my friends almost once a week.

Angel Food Cake III
I made this last monday and it was my first time with an angel food cake. I scaled the ingredients because i had only 8 whites left. It's a wonderful cake, better the next days for me. I'll try it again for sure. It's a good way to use egg whites. Tanks for the recipe.

Fudgy Brownies II
I doubled the recipe and use a 9x13 inch baking pan. used only 1 1/2 cups of sugar and added 1 cup toasted walnuts and 1 cup raisin soaked in hot rum. DELICIUOS. first time i made the recipe following the instruction and using a 9x9 inch pan. the result was a thin and crunchy brownie-big cookie too sweet for my personal taste. Now, with changes, i can say they are the best! thanks for recipe

Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake
I made this for my boyfriend's birthday. and it was my first cheesecake. I added more espresso (about 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) reduced sour cream (2/3 cup) and added 1/3 cup irish cream. Sub. digestive biscuits for the graham crackers (I live in Italy) and omitted the sugar in the crust. also cooked it in a water bath. it turned out perfect! Maybe a little too sweet for me but everyone loved it. i will make it again!!! thanks for the recipe
