Salmon Chowder

I loved it! Not too fishy! I added some bacon and used vegetable broth. Will make this again :)

Lasagna Roll Ups

I like this recipe, but I made it as both a roll-up and as stuffed pasta shells the next time. It was REALLY tasty in the stuffed pasta shells. You can't even tell that there is tofu in it!

Zucchini Brownies

Very good! Don't be fooled, the mixture is really dry when you put it into the pan, but it will become really moist and delicious. Can't even tell there is vegetables in it!

Old Fashioned Lemon Pie

This was a big hit at my family dinner. It was a bit finicky when I was making it. I had to cook it way longer to get it to get the right consistency. Well worth it though. I would make this again!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

This is amazing pie, I have been making this recipe for years and it is a huge hit! The only thing I do different, I sprinkle some cinnamon on the top of the pie.

This recipe was great! I used 3/4 sugar and 1 tbls more floor. It was not runny at all. It looks and tastes delicious! There was too much crumble topping so I used it in a little side crumble dessert.

Awesome Carrot Muffins

I too decided to change this recipe as well. I added 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 1/2 cup white. I added approx 1/3 cup wheat germ as well. I also added vanilla to this recipe and a bit of water to compensate for the dry wheat germ that I added. I agree that next time it will be better to remove some oil and added apple sauce and reduce the salt.
