Oranged Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
Yummmmy! I did as others did by adding some cornstarch to make it more like a jelly and didn't have cinn. sticks so I used cinnamon. Also added some 100% pure honey from a local farmer's market. Made it for 24 servings (12 oz bag of cranberries). Amazing and easy!

Ice Cream Pudding

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
I used lemon pudding mix and all-natural vanilla bean ice cream. It was SO good! Next time I am going to try to find a key lime pudding mix (if there is such thing) and use the same ice cream! YUM! Great recipe!

Bill's Sauce

A bit too tart for me, so I added a lot of brown sugar until I got rid of the tartness. As a previous reviewer did, I added some paprika and it was wonderful!

Raspberry Buttermilk Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2008
I didn't have frozen razzberries, so I decided to layer jam in the muffins. I took my chances and decided to split the flour with cornmeal mix and as suggested by other reviewers, I used two eggs (small ones). I added a couple extra teaspoons of sugar and let me tell ya, these came out of the oven like jewels! They taste wonderful!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Treats

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2008
Awesome treat! I used white chocolate chips instead of the regular chocolate chips and to ease the difficulty in stirring it altogether, I used a metal bowl and stirred on top of the burner which was then cooling from using it to melt the corn syrup/sugar mix. It helped. What a delightful recipe!

Banana Nut Bread

As everyone else said before my comments, this is an easy and wonderful recipe. I didn't have a yellow cake recipe either, so I used a lemon cake mix. I added lots of cinnamon, too! It made 6 mini loaves which baked in 30 minutes. Thanks for this wonderful recipe! I think I will keep making it with different flavored cake mixes for fun! :-)
