Cranapana Bread

"moist, flavorful quick bread" is a perfect description for this recipe. I reduced the amount of sugar in 1/2, to make it more "bread" like, and still came out wonderful.

Crab on a Cracker

It was hard to imagine how it would taste like, but it turned out better than I originally thought. The 2nd time, I made it with Soy sauce, and it also came out fine. The crab taste doesn't really stand out, as cream cheese and pineapple has strong aroma.

Brie Cheese Appetizer

This is truly a crowd pleaser. I put very generous amount of apricot preserves in it, and it came out wonderful. Hard to stop eating!

Spinach Pie

Easy and close to authentic Greek dish. I made it once as the recipe suggests, and a few other times with premade pie crust without breadcrumbs & butter, but they both came out great. #1 Vegetarian Crowd pleaser.

Beef Marinade I

I tried it because it looked easy. First, I thought previous reviews are a little too exaggerated, but OH MY GOODNESS!! This IS THE BEST marinade I ever had. And surprisingly, this goes well with any types of food. I served it along with Greek food, but this fit right in.

Asparagus and Tomato Salad with Yogurt-Cheese Dressing

This recipe doesn't call any sodium, therefore it tastes flat. I added some salt and hint of soy sauce then it's gotten better.

Moussaka

Very similar to what we had in Greece. A little time consuming, as you have to cook eggplant separately, but sure worth it. Great for big group dinner and party.

Easy Pork and Sauerkraut
