Dijonnaise Chicken

Made it twice, turned out perfect. Only used 1/8 cup of olive oil, used regular pepper not lemon pepper, added rosemary, used honey Dijon mustard, omitted the bouillon cube.

Herb Roasted Pork

Excellent! I did make some changes. I brushed the roast with olive oil then rolled it in a pan filled with double the amount of seasoning (plus I added garlic salt and onion salt). I cut up two extra cloves of garlic and inserted pieces into slits I made in the roast. I then lined the roaster with foil and put in the roast, fat side up. I cooked it until it was 120 degrees F, then poured half of the sauce over it (I did not brush it on) and put it back in the oven until it was 155 degrees F. I then poured the rest of the sauce over top before serving. Like most reviewers, I had doubled the sauce - I also used balsamic vinegar instead of regular, and used brown sugar instead of white. I cooked the roast with the cover on for the full cooking time.

Very good! Only used two jalapenos (personal preference) and regular salsa (all I had in the house) but otherwise made exactly as directed. Will cook again!

Cajun Spice Mix

Used it several times and it is perfect as is! I have to make my own spice mixes because the ones available at the grocery store almost always have MSG and other seasonings that cause allergic reactions. No such problems with this mixture!

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Awesome recipe! Took suggestions of other reviewers and tripled the garlic; added an extra tablespoon each of soy sauce and honey; a dash of rice vinegar and chili pepper flakes (didn't have red pepper flakes on hand); added fresh minced ginger. Used fresh veggies. I have made this recipe several times and loved it everyone time. Highly recommended!

Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce With Feta and Wine

Excellent recipe! I followed the suggestions of others and 1)didn't drain the tomatoes 2)added a little extra garlic, plus some basil and rosemary 3)added the feta cheese upon serving the dish, rather than cooking it for 5 minutes 4) added spinach and mushrooms and 5) squeezed fresh lemon juice over the dish just before serving. Definitely making again!

Excellent recipe! I wish however I had followed the advice of others and cut the olive oil in half - the marinade was way too oily. I did add powdered ginger and extra soy sauce. All in all a great dish and I will make it again.

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

This is the first recipe I have rated only 3 stars... I found the stuffing very bland, even with adding the extra seasonings that other reviewers suggested. My boyfriend liked it OK but I won't be making it again.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Amazing!! Once of the best meals I have ever eaten. I made a few minor changes based on personal preference - more garlic and onion, used vegetable broth instead of chicken, and used canned lentils to save time. Turned out great, and will definitely make again!

Salmon with Dill

Excellent! Flavorful without being overpowering. I followed the suggestions of some other reviewers to put a little chopped onion and garlic over top the salmon prior to cooking. I also squeezed fresh lemon juice over the fillets before putting them in the oven. I will definitely make this one again!
