Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Mine turned golden brown on top (yuck), and cracked. Not to mention, this thing is 3" high in a springform pan.
The crust tasted like sawdust, dry, thick, bland, horrible crust. It pushed that 'cheesecake' button, so I'll give it two stars, but won't be making it again.
