Chicken Katsu
I've made this recipe twice now, and both times it's been simply fantastic. I mix the salt and pepper with the flour before dredging the chicken, and I cook the chicken in a nice big cast iron skillet.

Gyoza Sauce
I think this is the best gyoza dipping sauce I've ever had! It went extremely well with my pork gyoza after steaming in a bamboo steamer. Thanks!

Pan-Seared Tilapia
This was extremely easy and amazingly delicious. The fillets were light and satisfying on the stomach and the flavour was delicately balanced. I substituted rice flour for the all-purpose flour, lemon juice instead of butter, and added just a touch of paprika, garlic powder, and thyme to the flour mixture.
