Pan-Seared Tilapia
This was extremely easy and amazingly delicious. The fillets were light and satisfying on the stomach and the flavour was delicately balanced. I substituted rice flour for the all-purpose flour, lemon juice instead of butter, and added just a touch of paprika, garlic powder, and thyme to the flour mixture.
