Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Love this recipe! So simple and the chicken is moist and tender. I used all chicken thighs and a BBQ recipe I got from this site ...just do a search for... Bob's BBQ Sauce. The only thing I did different was add about 2 TBSP low salt chicken broth to the bottom of the pan before placing the thighs in the pan. This is definitely a keeper!

Bob's BBQ Sauce

This is a great BBQ sauce! As soon as I saw the recipe called for Horseradish Sauce I knew I had to try it....I love the stuff!:) I did not have any dry mustard so I used prepared mustard. I did a search and found that 1 TBSP prepared mustard= 1 Tsp dry mustard. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a "T". Love the flavor!!

Cranberry Orange Bread

I love the flavors in this recipe! I used the whole cranberries because I do like that tart taste. I also used more OJ (squeezed fresh)..1 cup and added a generous splash of vanilla. I omitted the nuts as I can't tolerate them. I think with the extra OJ it came out very moist and delicious. I certainly will be making this again!

Best Brownies

I think my oven temp might be off. I followed the recipe exactly as written and baked it for about 28 min. The center came out great, nice and gooey but the sides were hard as a rock! I baked it in an 8" square glass pan. Perhaps tomorrow the edges will be more soft. I was SO hungry to taste these that I could not wait until they were completely cooled off. I love the flavor, it's just the hard edges that I don't like but as I mentioned, maybe my oven temp needs to be corrected.

Apple Breakfast Bread

A moist and very delicious sweet bread. The only changes I made was using 1 1/2 tsps pumpkin pie spice, as recommended in some of the postings, in place of the cinnamon and cloves. I don't care for cloves, it's too over powering and that's all I end up tasting in any recipe that calls for it...the pumpkin pie spice flavored it just right for me. I also added more apples, one large and three small chopped into very small pieces. The "crust" on the bread had a marvelous flavor! I will definitely be making this one again! Thanks!
