Taco Seasoning I

Perfect! I'll never use store-bought again. Try leaving out the salt - I couldn't even tell the difference.

Savory Roasted Root Vegetables

YUM! I added some balsamic vinegar, as another reviewer suggested. Totally delicious. I might add cranberries and mushrooms, and maybe a red pepper next time, but I'll definitely make this again.

This dough was extremely easy to work with - other than that, I wasn't a fan. I tried out a bunch of new cookie recipes one weekend, and this one was definitely the least favourite of everyone who sampled them. This is not a sweet cookie - I used a lemon juice & icing sugar glaze that improved them a bit, but I wouldn't make these again.

Delicious! I reduced the poultry seasoning a little, as someone else suggested, and added some cashews for some extra crunch - but I think it would have been great as is. I will make this again.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust

The best! This is easy to make in the bread machine and tastes great. I use this recipe every time I make pizza. I bake it at 425 or 450 and definitely don't have to pre-bake the crust.

I make this recipe all the time, although I have modified it a bit: I use 5 ice cubes, reduce the milk to 3/4 cup, and reduce the nutmeg to 1/8 tsp. Delicious!

Cranberry Chicken I

This was wonderful, and so easy! I mixed it up before I left for school in the morning, and popped it in the oven when I got home. It seems like an odd combination of ingredients, but it's delicious!

Mmm, delicious! I added Worcestershire Sauce, as someone suggested, & it was very good. These were definitely baked within 30 minutes, though.

Baked Sesame Chicken

Too salty - I would definitely not add extra salt next time. Also, not enough liquid - when I took the chicken out to baste it, there was nothing to baste with & I had to add 1/4 cup of water! However, this was tasty & I would try it again with modifications.

Eggplant Parmesan I
