The powdered oats gives these cookies an amazing texture. I usually replace the walnuts with toffee bits and these cookies disappear in no time!

This was an amazing, moist coffee cake. I increased the amount of the topping and added some vanilla to the cake batter. The pan disappeared at work in a couple hours.

Chocolate Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
This is the best chocolate frosting I've ever made. The cream cheese really gives it a great taste. I added a tad bit more cocoa to make it more chocolately. When I use it for layer cakes I just increase the sugar a little to thicken it up.

Soft Molasses Cookies II

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
These cookies were amazing. I made a few changes based on some other reviews... increased cinnamin to 2 tsp and increased the molasses to 1/2 c. Also used 1/2 c. white and 1/2 c. br sugar. The resulting cookie was soft, had excellent flavor and tasted great iced with caramel frosting.

These are the best healthy pancakes I have ever made. I like sweeter pancakes so I added 2 T. sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon. They were light and fluffy and will become a regular.

Great frosting. Perfect on cakes. I made one change - only used 1/2 cup milk and that gave me the perfect spreading consistency.

I left out the walnuts and doubled the amount of brown sugar in the topping. The result was perfect, just how I remember my mom making it years ago.

Wonderful recipe. I've made it as is for muffins or 1 1/2 the recipe and made a loaf of bread. Either way is moist and amazing.

Cinnamon Bread I

I love this recipe. I did replace the oil with applesauce to cut down on fat and increased the topping. I put half the topping in the middle of the batter and the rest on top. It disappeared when I took it to work.
