Hearty Harvest and Ham Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
has a good flavor but with all the other ingrecients found that 1c. water was not enough liquid for the end results. You need more like 2-3 cups of liquid

New England Clam Chowder III

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
the taste of the chowder is good but I had to do a lot of guesing as how to make it. there are steps left out as how to put every thing together. The portions of the ingredients is not correct eighter, the amt. of butter with flour is not right because 1 1/2T flour to 23/4 butter is not enough to make a rue for thicking purpose, is still far to wartery I even addes extra and it still didn't work, at the end had to thinken soup with some cornstartch and water. All in all will not use this one again

Split Pea Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
sounds good but it takes longer than 30-40 minutes to cook. Try at least 3-4 hours to be compelety done. I simmer mine all day and it gets real thick so add water to thin it some.

Vegetarian Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Just a suggestion: Regular lasagna noodles work just fine, you don't need to pay the higher price of the special no cook noodles. I have been using the regular one long before the other noodles came out. I always had problems cooking them first the one day just put the uncooked noodles in the pan and it came out great, you just need to add a little more water or have your sauce thiner
