Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These are awesome! I took the advice of another reviewer and just use frank's hot sauce with some butter melt it in a sauce pan and then toss the wings in the sauce when they're finished frying, oh and I used a deep fryer for 10 mins @ 375

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is the best recipe I have tried... Although I did add a little more butter couple of tbsp. and like 1/2 cup more sugar definately needed, and turned out perfect!

OMG can you say, AWESOME... This was just the right amount of moistness and density that I like. I just add a sprinkle more of sugar and a dab more butter to make it rich..

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is an awesome recipe... Creamy and hearty, perfect for a cool fall day... I add a can of corn (drained) and some red pepper flakes just for a kick... Everyone gobbled it up!

Baked Fried Eggplant

Good. Needed a little salt, but tasted good with chicken parmesana. I think nothing beats the tasted of "fried" though but I too liked the fact that the eggplant was firm (instead of soggy) in the center after baking.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This was marginal... I was looking for a sweet/smokey tasting chicken, like the appetizers that are rolled in chicken. This was similar but the lemon pepper kinda switched it up, too much for me... Just not what I was looking for.

Carrot Cake III

Awesome! My husband doesn't usually eat sweets, he ate half of the cake! Yum-ola! I didn't have any nutmeg on hand so i left it out and substituted apple sauce for oil, like so viewers recommended, so delicious and you can't even tell!
