All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I did not believe that this roast would be moist, but I took a chance and will only make it this way now. It is moist and very flavorful, you must you kosher salt. I do not think it would be the same without it. It is truly a classic roast beef, even my non meat eating two year old could not stop eating it!

Mozzarella Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2008
This was a lot of fun to make. I used turkey instead of beef and added spinach instead of mushrooms. Best meatloaf I have ever made. Will make again! Thanks for the recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
These are the only chocolate chip cookie I am allowed to make. I do follow the suggestions of adding 2T of vanilla extract and equal parts baking soda and powder. I have made them without it and they are much better with these changes. Thanks

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2007
Excellent! Chicken comes out moist. I have made this several times and it is always a hit! I did not add the bay leaf or thyme. I made this in an electric skillet. Watch when you cover and let it simmer the it does not add to much condensation/water, which will cause your flour batter to get to moist and fall off. It is fast, easy and tastes great!
