Everything the 5 stars rating reviews promised and more. I really think think is the best bundt cake I have ever made. The outside is firm, not crispy, hard or burned and the inside was cooked perfectly after 1.5 hrs. Great with a little powdered sugar.

All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I did not believe that this roast would be moist, but I took a chance and will only make it this way now. It is moist and very flavorful, you must you kosher salt. I do not think it would be the same without it. It is truly a classic roast beef, even my non meat eating two year old could not stop eating it!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
These are the only chocolate chip cookie I am allowed to make. I do follow the suggestions of adding 2T of vanilla extract and equal parts baking soda and powder. I have made them without it and they are much better with these changes. Thanks

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Easy, quick and excellent. This was my first time making PUDC and could not believe it came out of the skillet so easily. I used a yellow cake mix, soaked the pineapple (1 can of crushed and one can of chunks) in Malibu rum. It came out great! Thanks

Morning Glory Muffins I

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
Fantastic, I ended up making two more batches after family and even my two year old ate almost all the muffins, even before they cooled. I made some changes: added mixed fruit applesauce instead of the apple butter,Canola oil instead of vegetable oil, used only whole wheat white flour, splenda instead of sugar, added the wheat germ right to the mix, and I used the kitchenaid shredder attachment to shred the apple and carrots. I chopped the apples and shredded the carrots with a grater the first time and it tasted much better (more smooth and blended) using the kitchenaid shredder.
