Delish - although instead of all of the sauce ingredients I did 'cheat' and use pasta sauce (shhhh). The flour/saltine/parmesan cracker mix wasn't enough. I only made 2 cube steaks and it only covered that. For anyone that uses this recpie - please double the amount of flour and saltines/parmesan mixtures. Thanks for posting a delish recipe!

No-Fuss Meat Loaf

Ive been making it some what like this for years but the only thing I do different is instead of water I add about 1/3 cup of ketchup, add additional seasonings and omit the eggs. Primo meatloaf!!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

So I made this last night and YUM!!!! Never, EVER liked enchiladas made like this but I LOVED this version! I used "fajita seasoning" when I cooked the chicken; I cooked some onions with it, added pepper jack for a 'kick', topped it with jarred jalapenos and HOLY MOLY - to die for! Thanks for posting and THANKS for making me love enchiladas this way!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

Delish recipe - thanks for sharing! Hubby loved it also but said it was kind of hot. (well that was MY doing as I love it hot and doubled the crushed red pepper!) Yumy, thanks again! Have more shrimp in the freezer - will be cooking again soon!*Loving it! Cooking it Again* 5 Stars!!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

The chicken came out really juicy and perfectly cooked but there was WAY too much thyme in it for me and I even halved it. I didn't care too much for this recipe but the hubby did. Thanks for sharing.

Black Beans and Pork Chops

This was an o.k. recipe for both me and my husband. It was convienent since we had the ingredients on hand. With the leftovers we made them into taquitos the next day and skillet fried them. Would give them 4 stars for the taquitos. Thanks for submitting.

Cheesy Tuna Dinner

This is one of those dishes that I grew up on (thanks to my best friends mom - which cooked everything like this). Anyhow - 5 Stars for easy peasy and 5 stars for taste! Also - she really never used cheddar but just used sliced cheese; still delish!

Smokey Clamicken Chowder

This was "Awesome "says my husband..me on the other hand only gave it a 4. For those of you who don't like too much "thyme" only add half. It killed it. Other than that I will half it next time and it's a TOTAL 5 Stars! Quick note: the butter makes this dish to perfection!

Fast Beef and Rice

I have had this recipe for a while now and it's really good...I've been broke and this is what the "guys" like (my hubby is Military) and this is perfect for them for a quick and yummy lunch. They devour it always! (I usually have to grab me some before they get here, LOL) You can always use chicken and the chicken flavored rice also.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

This was awesome. Cooked it exactly like it said to and it was the most tender chicken I have ever eaten. Delish! I added some other seasonings of course (garlic salt, pepper, etc) but that was just or our taste. Thanks for the awesome recipe! Who would of thought!

Salisbury Steak

This was delish! I was so scared my hubbykins wouldn't like it once I saw all the onions in the French Onion Soup but he loved it anyhow! They shriveled up, LOL. Anyhow I omitted the ketchup as per other reviews and next time I will add one more can of soup for more gravy!(minus the flour though)
