Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2015
This recipe was just stupid good! 8 million stars! We halved the recipe and I accidentally put more baking powder than it call for (oops) but they came out PERFECT! This is for sure, no doubt MY LAST RECIPE for peanut butter cookies! We cooked them exactly 10 minutes - Perfect! We then scooped them into mini muffin tins and added chocolate and rolo's and cooked them 11 minutes and they were perfect! Thanks for the recipe! BRAVO!

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2014
These were really good! Thanks for posting. The cinnamon was a perfect added touch. Next time I will either use more banana or add a little banana extract for more banana flavor.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
So simple; this is how we do it in the restaurant for a "family" or a "crowd", LOL. I do rotate the baking sheet half way through cooking.

Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
5 Star definitely! I threw everything together (instead of cooking it seperately) and sautee'd it; that easy! Thanks for sharing. Going to be a regular in this house! Edit: I didn't double the sauce at all and it was perfect as per other reviews.

Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
RARELY do I give not only 5 stars to a recipe but to add a recipe to my "family's" recipe book at home; yeah this one did it. Delicicious! I doubled everything of course; I threw everything together and sauteed it and it was THAT simple. Served over rice and wallah! Dinner's served! Thanks for posting. (EDIT-so I asked my hubby about this dish and he was SO MAD AT ME NOW for not making more, because he wants a ton it of it now, ALL DAY EVERY DAY as he says; really? Yeah same palate and thought process) EDIT: I made this last night and making it again tonight!!

Absolutely the BEST Rich and Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing Ever!

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
My hubby LOVES Blue cheese and he said "this is SO good, just how I like it, please keep it in the fridge at all times". I did everything ingredient wise to a T except I added the blue cheese crumbles after mixing all of the ingredients (thats how my husband likes it, chunkier). I NOW have to go BACK to the grocery store and buy more blue cheese today, I will be making about 5 times the amount this time, hope it lasts!! Thanks for posting!!

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2012
As written 4 stars, with changes 5 stars-the only 3 things I would change next time is DOUBLE the flour/seasoning mixture, OMIT the salt and DOUBLE the hot sauce/butter mix. I will def make this again with those changes. All in all this is a great recipe. Thanks for posting! (oh and I used 3 chx breasts and made this using "burrito" sized tortillas which made 3 them)

Corn Tortilla Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
I make chips like this ALL the time, This is the ONLY way to make homemade chips, taco shells or tostadas. It's cheaper and more convenient. I also make taco salad shells using a metal ladle and flour tortillas in the deep fryer. ALL delicious to include corn tortillas and white corn tortillas! (yes it is common sence per another review but beginner cooks just might not know how to make this, I think it's a great add to AR just for this reason alone). Thanks for sharing.

Cube Steak Parmesan

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
Delish - although instead of all of the sauce ingredients I did 'cheat' and use pasta sauce (shhhh). The flour/saltine/parmesan cracker mix wasn't enough. I only made 2 cube steaks and it only covered that. For anyone that uses this recpie - please double the amount of flour and saltines/parmesan mixtures. Thanks for posting a delish recipe!

Sour Cream Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
So I made this last night and YUM!!!! Never, EVER liked enchiladas made like this but I LOVED this version! I used "fajita seasoning" when I cooked the chicken; I cooked some onions with it, added pepper jack for a 'kick', topped it with jarred jalapenos and HOLY MOLY - to die for! Thanks for posting and THANKS for making me love enchiladas this way!!!

Susan's Jee Bow Gai

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
This is my recipe. It tastes like the chicken wings you would get at a Chinese buffet. The only thing different that I sometimes do is add a heaping teaspoon of Ground Ginger instead of fresh. Both are great! Enjoy!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
The chicken came out really juicy and perfectly cooked but there was WAY too much thyme in it for me and I even halved it. I didn't care too much for this recipe but the hubby did. Thanks for sharing.
