Spiderweb Pumpkin Cheesecake
I made this cheesecake minus the Halloween decoration and it was a HIT! Everyone absolutely loved it and I was told it was as good as if not better than the Cheesecake Factory. I followed the recipe exactly with full-fat items and it was awesome! I will try it next time with a lower fat version. Thnaks!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Great recipe! I followed other suggestions with 1 C each of white and brown sugar, subbed applesauce for the veg oil. Perfect. Made two full loaves!

Cake Balls
Made these for the holidays. Awesome! I let the cake cool for at least an hour. Once I mixed in the frosting I put in the fridge overnight. The next day made the mix into balls and froze for about an hour before coating. I used two large spoons to roll back and forth. The toothpicks were too messy.
