French Fry Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2012
I did change the recipe slightly because I didn't have cheese sauce or shoestring fry's on hand. I replaced fry's with sweet potato waffle fryes and added a can of carrots for color & an added veggie. Great starter recipe, my husband and 3 year old ate it up!

Candy Cane Cocoa

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
Great recipe! I've always loved the cocoa recipe on the hershey's canister, and the peppermint is even better in it. 1 small change I made, I used peppermint extract in the cocoa and sprinkled the crushed candy cane on top of the whipped cream.

Tuna Rice Puff

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
My husband and I made this together tonight, and as we made it we would only give it 3 stars. I hate to say that as we did not have onion and we added peas like a tuna casserole. We will try it again, but as others have added garlic, and more veggies. Thanks for the filling dish however!

Tomato Pie I

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
I've been making this recipe for years, from tomatoes from my garden and it's always great! My neighbor was Prego this summer and didn't want to cook one night I had two prepared so I sent one home with her and she had to have the recipe!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Maybe because I used natural peanut butter it didn't seem to fluff so I ended up adding 3 more table spoons of milk, it didn't seem to fluff but tasted great!

Taco Bake II

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
This was great, I had to change it up a bit because I didn't have the ingredients it called for. Inplace of the Sour Cream I added 2/3 cup of heavy cream and 3 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese. Then instead of the tomatoes with green chilies I just used green chillies and a can of southwestern style corn (with black beans, onions, and red peppers). Then in between the layers I added some sliced black olives. Thank you for this dish my family devoured it!
