Just found out we are expecting baby number 2, so there are thing now that just the though of make my tummy a little yucky. I enjoy trying new recipes and simply Love cooking. I enjoy cooking cakes and cookies, but anything that is oozy gooey and bubbles when it comes out of the oven. This includes the casseroles my husband enjoys regularly. With a Toddler in toe, I've become prone to putting things on sticks! She LOVES it! Fresh ingredients, I completely agree with Rachel Ray when it comes to prepping veggies and such as soon as they come home from the market. Blanching and vacuum sealing broccoli, or green beans is great when preparing meals after work. When I go into my kitchen with no idea what I'm going to make or how, and come out with a new recipe my husband loves!! I once tried making Lemon Bars for a High school boyfriend and to this day seem to end up with an egg white film on the top and I refuse to even try making them anymore!
