Andrew asked what recipe he should use, so I just told him to go t

It's been a bit dry lately on my blog. A few weeks! Well, my excuses vary, from the lame (watching too much TV--NHL hockey playoffs are on) to the sublime (is there a better food to write about).
We just tried Chuck's Favourite Mac & Cheese, without good results. It was an interesting…

K8 suggested adding all sorts of goodies to KD, like sausage, more cheese, etc., etc. That's when the KD sauce becomes more of a flavour enhancer. The next time KD is required, I'll take you up on the suggestion, K8—I'll have to, the box won't be enough.
K8 seems to have the right idea in that…

In the interest of presenting a completely objective and scientific perspective on the art of making macaroni and cheese, it would only be fair to have one entry about Kraft Dinner, aka, boxed macaroni and cheese.
OK, I was tired when I got home from work.

Thanks for the wonderful comments. I'm new to blogging, though not new to computers or writing (so what took me so long?), and have discovered a great outlet.

I tried a recipe from LEACH called Macaroni and Cheese V. Perhaps LEACH used "V" to mean "five", but for me it means "victory". Well, almost. I followed the recipe exactly as described, and it was pretty good, and a thousand times better than my first attempt (should I delete that embarrassing…

I am declaring that I am the worst macaroni and cheese maker ever. Here's my shameful recipe: boil macaroni (anything that's in the cupboard), grate some cheese. When the macaroni is cooked, put it into two loaf pans, cover the macaroni with cheese, sprinkle some hot mustard powder on top, and…
