Cosmopolitan with Grand Marnier(R)
best I've found so far, ran out of triple sec though... Also I used regular vodka because I also like traditional martini's, but I imagine I'd like it better with the citron. i used gran gala which is compared to grand marnier, although I've never had the fancy stuff so i cant say which is better. the rest the kept the same. thanks for the recipe the amounts were perfect and also easy to remember which makes me happy :)

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
good and simple. I've never used garlic oil instead of egg when breading chicken, I heated the olive oil and garlic in the microwave a little so the flavors could blend. is this a well known alternative I've just never known about?. I've made this twice second time I used it as a sort of chicken parm dish with red sauce, I think I like it this way better than my actual chicken parm recipe.

Chili-Flavored Turkey Stew With Hominy and Tomatoes
good and simple only thing I changed was I used fresh tomato instead of canned and black beans instead of hominy which I'll look for and use next time. thanks for a great recipe
