Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Delicious! I chopped the onions and sauteed them in a little butter, but that was the only change. I added this to the recipe book, and will definitely make again, soon!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This recipe is now in my personal recipe book. I've already made it 4 times, and it just keeps getting better. The only thing I added was 1/2 tsp vanilla and a couple sprinkles of cinnamon to the mix. Perfect!

My daughter tasted a piece of mine, and took my plate for herself. She doesn't even like french toast.
