These were amazing! I doubled the recipe but tripled most of the herbs, spices and onion. I served it with Tzatziki, homemade hummus (topped with EVOO, pitted Kalamata olives and chopped parsley), warmed pita bread, wedges of tomatoes and cucumbers on a bed of lettuce with greek dressing. It was SO tastey! Thanks for the recipe!
