Sausage and Cornbread Dressing

I made this as written and it was really good. It came out very moist, I do not like dry dressing. I used maple sausage just to add to the sweetness and it was a hit!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

This was a hit with the kids. I made it how the recipe is written. My kids loved putting whipped cream on top!! I will make again. This was also very simple to make!

This was a hit for my family. I made it exactly as the recipes calls for . The only thing I changed was I baked it about 5-6 minutes longer after reading some of the reviews. The biscuits came out perfect for me. I did hesitate and almost used frozen biscuits, but decided to give this recipe a full shot!! I'm so glad that I did because it was perfect for us. Thanks!!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

I'll make my hash browns like this from now on. I made my hash browns into little patties which made it easier to cook. I did not use a lot of grease either. I tend to use some bacon grease when I'm making bacon with breakfast and it gave the potatoes a little more flavor. Thanks!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

When I made this , I didn't have maple sausage, so I used sage sausage and it was still very good.It is bland but that is okay, you can put as much spice as you like. I would make it again.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Good recipe. I did use the stuffing mix. Next time I think I will crush the bread part of the stuffing mix so that it will be smaller and can grab onto the pork chop better. Instead of regular milk, I did substitute it for buttermilk and I also sprinkled parmesan cheese on top of the pork chops before putting them in the oven. Once I flipped them I added more parmesan cheese to the other side. i also cooked the chops a little longer due to me using a thicker cut. I would use this recipe again.

Cheesecake Brownies

I followed the directions as is. These have to be the best brownies I have EVER had!!! I made the first batch to take to a family gathering and my kids requested that I make them again because they did not get any of them!!! Second batch was gone before I knew it!!! I will keep this recipe always!! Wish I would have known about this a long time ago!!

Linda's Lasagna

I was looking for recommendations to make my lasagna better and this recipe was IT!! I did not change anything. I like to at least make the recipe the way it is written before making changes. The only thing I did was add a little more of all the cheeses!! This was perfect in my book!!

Garlic-Herb Roast Pork

Aside from not having rosemary, I made this recipe as written and it is AWESOME. The pork is very moist and tender. This recipe is very simple and quick to make, which is a plus for me. My husband and I work 10 hour days and this was the perfect meat to cook after work!! Thanks!!

Salisbury Steak

Very tasty recipe. I too, altered the sauce. I took the advise of others and used a cream of mushroom can of soup for the gravy. I cut the ketchup back to about a tablespoon. For some reason I was out of flour ( made pancakes from scratch earlier today) and by adding the cream of mushroom soup helped with thickness. I will be making this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I read a few reviews and added my own touches to this. I followed the chicken part as the recipe says. I was a little worried the chicken would burn but to my surprise, it turned out so good!! I cooked my chicken breast whole , then I shredded them after a few hours. The sauce, I did change. I added a small amount of milk and sour cream to it to make it thinner and creamier. I also waited till it was almost ready and added about a 1/2 cup of mozzeralla cheese to it. This turned out perfect!!! I served mines over egg noodles and it is a hit in my house!! Thanks for the recipe!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

These are awesome!! I made mine in the big muffin pan where you get 6 big muffins and it was to die for!! My husband is already asking me to make them again!! There even better the next day warmed up with margarine spreaded on them!! YUMMO!! Thanks!
