Huevos Rancheros

Good, but too mild for us. We added Pepper Plant sauce and it was delish. Also scrambled the eggs instead of fried and filled the tortillas fajita style (and made 8 instead of 4).

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Really, really good. Don't overfill the muffin tins. These raise up nicely if you do 2/3 full--otherwise they will be all over the place (but will still taste really good). Made 13 for me.

Romanian Apple Cake

This is fantastic. Wow. I could have eaten the whole thing myself. I drizzeled a butter and sugar mixture over the warm cake as a glaze. Thanks for the great recipe.
