2/06/10 OK I just got a Wolfgang Puck bread machine. I am attempting this recipe as per the suggestions and my manufacture order of ingredients I will be back in 3 hours to rate... OK so if you tuned in 3 hrs ago the recipe had 3 stars why because I couldn't give it 0 to keep the rating in limbo until the bead finished well needless to say my family..... LOVED IT!!! It came out perfect.I followed the suggestions and adjusted my flour, honey and salt I also used butter instead of oil. I used my Wolfgang bread maker and walla Homemade bread. I topped it with some melted honey butter and it will now become our new sandwich bread absolutely awesome

Salmon Cakes II

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
I have made this several times and have not changed the recipe at all. They are always a hit. This is the first time I served them on top of a fresh baby green salad. This is perfect for a light lunch or a great dinner. Nicely done. The only thing I say about any and all recipes is after you add the basic seasoning play around with different flavors. Excellent!!

Berry Cheesecake Parfaits

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2009
OK So I forgot to take pictures.. But this was absolutely amazing. The only thing I did different was try to cut out some of the fat.. ie I used 1% milk and sugar free cool whip, and low fat wafers.. Like I said in my profile I try to cut out as much as I can. But Let me tell you this were absolutely AMAZING. and very, very easy to make. Much better than traditional banana pudding and yummy, yummy For those of you who think it is to creamy one of two things happened. 1) You did not whip the cream cheese enough. 2) You did not whip the cream cheese enough. Remedy.... If you find it to creamy try adding a bit more vanilla pudding it will balance out the cream cheese. Do not give up on this try it again... It is worth it!!

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
OK Please tell your mom THANK YOU!!! This was absolutely delicious. I put the chicken in a plastic bag as suggested and let all of the ingredients set in the chicken for about 15 minutes. The only thing I did differently was add more spices (which I do to most recipes). However, I kept the recipe pretty much exactly as it was. I omitted the wine simply because I did not have any on hand. This will for sure be in my regular rotation. I served it wiht my own version of a vegetable stir fry. OMG it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2007
This was so easy. I was home because of the fires in San Diego and needed to do something. I had the banannas in the freezer from a few weeks. Defrosted them overnite and began the process. I made a few more subsitures. I subs. 1/2 cup of wheat flour. I also substituted splenda for sugar. I didn;t have any baking soda so I used baking powder and it was just fine. This was awesome.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2007
This was really a winner. I changed and added bread crumbs and then added light sour creme instead of mayo. I also seasoned the fish prior too cooking. I have found it is extremely important to season food prior to putting it in the oven. I also add cayenne pepper, and fresh basil. It was awesome.
