My favorite family cooking traditions
I was born in the Philippines; during Christmas season, we celebrate it with an early Mass starting from the 16th, and ends with a Midnight Mass on the 25th of December. We would attend the Mass; in the meantime, my mother would make rice cakes rolled in banana leaves. Then after the Mass, we would have our breakfast.

My cooking tragedies
I was newly married and have not tried using gas stove. I baked a bread and it turned out like a "brick", literraly/physically! My husband wouldn't stopped "smiling"!
