Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

I usually do not like to criticize the recipes of others but this was a a waste of time. The sauce is super bland (my husband is Italian) I added extra spice, but it tasted like chicken stew in red sauce. I some of the reviews before I started, but we were disappointed :(

Beef Noodle Soup

Ok recipe for the slow cooker....stew meat should be cooked slowly and at a low temperature, so I made this in the crock pot. I doubled all the spices, added pepper and needed more when I served it. Skim fat off top.

Southern Pulled Pork

I tripled the recipe and used about 6 pounds of pork. I discarded the juice and used a hickory smoke barbeque sauce. My husband is not a fan of barbeque, but raved about the sandwiches. Excellant for football parties!

Hash Brown Egg Bake

Absolutely tasteless! Couldn't even taste the eggs. It was more like good old Cheese Potatoes. I am glad I tried it on my family first. Lots of carbs, fat, and bland.
