This, as it is, was just okay for me. I feel like it has tremendous potential, but it was just a little off. First and foremost, I would change the noodle from linguini to penne or farfalle. It seems like it would be a much better accompaniment to the flavors. I almost doubled the spices and it still didn't have enough kick to it. Perhaps it was the particular cajun seasoning I used (Emeril's Bayou Blast) but something was definitely missing. I will try and add Tabasco if I make it again. I also think using grilled chicken would make this dish much better and would make the flavor of the chicken really stand out. Overall, just okay.
