Amy's Mexican Soup

Chicken and Asparagus Fettuccine

This dish was wonderful. The only thing I did different was sauteed the chicken in olive oil then added fresh garlic and at the last minute added asparagus. Then added the sauce. I think I'll try it next time with shrimp instead of chicken. I will make this again and again!

Coconut Ice Cream

This is a great recipe. I used it to make my Almond Joy Brownie Sundays. The only thing I changed was I added chopped chocolate covered almonds at the end when ice cream was almost done. I will continue to make this great ice cream.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I made these cookies per the recipe and they were great. I baked them 10 mins and that was perfect for the size, I used a small ice cream scoop. I will continue to use this recipe. You will not go wrong using the orginal recipe.
